What we collect

Only what you type into our free estimate form: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, job address, job type and a description of the work. We do not ask for payment details, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive information through this website.

Why we collect it

We use your information for one purpose: to contact you about the concrete work you asked about and to prepare your estimate. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing blasts.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored in a private, password-protected database hosted by our website provider. They are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and can only be viewed by Adam after signing in. They are not visible anywhere on the public site.

Text messages and calls

By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your estimate request. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Basic technical logs may be kept by our hosting provider to keep the site running and secure.

Your choices

Want a copy of what we have, or want it deleted? Call (859) 473-1352 and we'll take care of it. We keep estimate requests only as long as needed for the job and our business records.

Children

This site is meant for adults hiring a contractor. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
